If you are not the Owner of the above property, Owner/s permission is required to access Council property files for all development information prior to July 2010. It is also required to obtain residential floor plan information, which is not considered to be open access information.

Written authorisation will be required from one of the following before any such information will be provided.

A written letter or email from the owner
A written letter or email from the owner/s solicitor
A written letter or email from the owner/s real estate agent
