This form should be used to request a quote for Council to:

supply a new, relocated or replacement connection(s) to Council’s water, recycled water, sewer or stormwater networks; or
disconnect a property from Council’s water, recycled water, sewer or stormwater networks.

Please note, this form should not be used for:

an application for a water meter. For new or replacement water meters, please go to https://www.qprc.nsw.gov.au/Building-Development/Building-and-Development-Forms-and-Checklists#section-8.
An application to lower/raise a water meter (including a recycled water meter) or move a water meter less than 0.5m from its current position. To lower/raise a water meter or move a water meter less than 0.5m please contact Council’s Utilities section.
