Due to the detailed assessment conducted by the DCR Panel you are requested to submit a certain level of information which accompanies your request for a meeting.
This will enable Council to provide the most accurate information at the time of the meeting in accordance with Council’s current plans and policies.

site analysis plan for multi dwelling housing and residential flat buildings, drawn to scale (example: Figure 4, in Part 3C of the Queanbeyan Development Control Plan)
A detailed
site plan (including contours and setbacks to all boundaries)
Floor plans (including proposed floor levels and setbacks)
Elevations (including orientation)
Fully dimensioned;
Setbacks
car parking spaces
garages
manoeuvring areas
private open space areas
building heights
Stormwater
collection and drainage plan (conceptual plan)
Site coverage and floor space ratio calculations
All plans submitted must be A4 or A3 (maximum), must be clearly legible, and drafted to scale.
